A revnue-generating company may generate so big a loss that the revenues have no real value. I find it interesting that there has been no information of the profits generated, if they exist. Moreover, we have no iformation about the sharecount after the acquisition. At this stage there is no fundamental basis for assessing what a reasonable stock price might be. Thus there is to my mind no rational basis for your statement.
