Jared is getting some bad advice, period.

If he was serious with the information that was out there, $4M breakeven point, and over $10M projected for this year alone then it was only a matter of waiting a few months to have the cash in hand to do what needed to be done!

The current plan he is on now may move the company ahead but it was at the sacrifice of all of the shareholders that helped him get it started.... VERY BAD DECISION ON JAREDS PART!

You better wake up jared as a lot of us have a lot invested here and this is starting to smell like something not treated with your stink remover...
