Without ordering the amendments filed with the State of Nevada it appears they only changed the O/S the first time...and this time they reverse back the A/S and O/S but increased the A/S to a more reasonable 75 million and the Preferred to 5,000,000 so...if my guess is right we are capped at 75 million fully diluted....
