Exactly, scarce shares should cause this to rise on very light demand. But if they allowed that, which by the way is normal market conditions, .. then your description of things might play out.

However I beleive there would be less volume overall as right now most ppl are in at .02 or better. There are a few who are in lower but not enough to generate volume. There is simply not enough buzz ...

They can generate lots of volume when shares become available after the meeting in which MMs can force the full 1.5 Billion by simply keeping the price down here. Then, after, they can supply the shares to keep up with any demand, UTing for every buy for a short run up and no FTDs. Then do it all over again by DTing it to death and cause a lot of selling ...

These guys live on volume.

It can be done in sooo many diffterent ways. Never the same tactic all the time. Otherwise it would be too easy to spot.
