I'm not so good at English business phrases so I might be misunderstanding something but can someone please explain in human language what the last news actually was about? As I understand it, Welwind will acquire 49% in a new wind farm project for which PPA is already signed - is that so? Because what ridicules me with that news is why should anyone with a PPA signed want to sell 49% stake in a market where wind-energy is booming??? Don't get me wrong as a pessimistic, I just don't fully understand this deal the news was about?
