yes, was a round up to 100, BUT they talking about shareholder of record, owning it before march 10, having to have certs in your name and turning them in. all in last 8K and they also contradict themselves by saying if you are a shareholder you don't have to do anything and you will get the 100. LOL. didn't buy it, too much BS.
even says in what you posted that if you hold it in street name you better get certs
