Yes. Many (in pinkyland) are done by diluting POS cos. with no revs and scambag ceos. Other (i.e Nortel) are done by cos. that are in trouble trying to stay alive on 'real' exchanges.

This is not either of those situations. R/Ms are the re-birth of a shell. And therefore a new entity.

I look for this to be over $1.00 soon. And with that and full reporting we'll see an uplist and institutional money coming into this. The float is going to be eaten up in no time.
