It is illogical to think for any reason that this will go up.
If people say, "NITE is not going away" or When NITE runs out of shares it will make a run.
If it is NSS, then they will never run out of shares. They don't have them nor do they need them. As they drive the price down and show how much control they have over it, it just brings in more and more shorts.
The only truism is, this can not make a run. I have e-mailed Mr. Raley showing him these trades and what they mean. I also, have e-mailed and been in contact with the SEC.
Will it do anything? We will have to see. I could not watch this happen without notifiying someone who has the ablitiy to do something about it.
I am long or till it goes to .0001. This could easily hit sub-penny within a 1/2 hr. If that happens, what do you think the CD holders are going to do? And if anyone thinks, the day they announce 1.5 B shares (which I do believe they will)
this is not going to take a hit, then you are very wrong. The shorts are counting on it.
It will be interesting to see what happens in Nov.with Q3. Heck it will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow for that matter.
As for holding and driving up the PPS, We can not if we are unable to trade shares that we don't have.
