In order for Aqui to acquire a bottling plant and the equipment, they would need to sell stock. I haven't seen any of the documents, nor do I want to at this point. I post my reasons for that in a moment.

First off they would need to open a 504 which to my understanding could not be done until this month or next. They would also need to raise the A/S to probably 8 Billion in order to issue enough stock to secure the funding. The PPS for AQUI would definately have gone to No Bid X .0001 as most people would only look at the increase in share structure and not what additional assets were obtained.

AQUI is/was a distributor so creating a seperate entity to bottle the water really wouldn't impact the bottom line of AQUI unless they intended to increase the price of bottling the water beyond what they had already determined it would be.

It would have been a bigger fiasco if they had attempted to include it in the AQUI public entity. Now I'm basing my assumption on what has been posted only and it is speculation.

Now, the reason I don't want to receive nor read the material that you and a few others have. IMO, it could be construed as inside information that was not publicly disseminated and only who bought or sold stock could be in violation of trading on inside info. I'm not an attorney so I can't say for sure but would caution anyone who acts on the information after having received to consult a Securities Attorney. Just as a precaution.

Now, it could be as you say that they were attempting to scam you and the investors or it could be as I speculated, I hope in time we find out for sure.

At this point I will continue to sit back leaving this on the back burner and wait for either clarification from the company or action from the SEC.

As in all cases time will tell.
