Certainly, there is a number of factors at play here, bing.
Poor U.S. economy
Bear market
Bear raids
MMs
Shorts
Greedy people who'd rather load up at 1.10 rather than 2.10.
Panic, fear, and doubt.
Facts are facts though, despite no revenues just yet. If the Company is not diluting, the pps should not suffer of it's own accord. Lack of revenues has little bearing on the overall value of the assets.
