The real bone of contention

has always been what IT is.
Jim has always said that we would have brought IT about at will long ago if IT means getting shafted. It won't happen believe me.

Y'al think you have an agreement but the word is not defined and until you do that there is loads of wiggle room and you will continue to hear the shorts and tired swimmers blaming everything on management.
