I looks like a Challenger or IDECO portable drill rig to me I don't know buy the pictures for sure I would have to call them. But I can tell you this that by what I see if this is the rig being used It could punch a hole when set up 500 ft deep very quickly. This also depends on the structure with which they have to go through that would be the only thing to slow down a rig like this. It should now be a problem though. You can actually drill with a water rig as well truck mounted that deep.
