Seems u did not read the latest filing.. its not on the 25th anymore...

He changed it to "unknown DATE" after the mailings which can go as late as Sept.


BIG BULL!!!! A 5 for 1 reverse split means at todays prices, on the 25th we trade at .0025. For the decimal challenged that’s 25/1000 of a penny. We are NOT a penny stock!!! We are a SUB-penny stock!!!! Last I checked the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ don’t take sub-penny companies on!!!
