GOOD MORNING,surf imho i think it might be a little of both,we know they had to sell or dillute after we hit a penny in april.It makes good business to buy at the bottom and repeat the process. Isn't that what some of us are trying to accomplish.Besides that with all upcoming events,updates,PR's etc,and only a few trading days before sept. it makes goog sense to me. GLTA
