VERY weak. I live in what was one of the fastest growing county's in the COUNTRY. We had that reputation 3 or 4 years ago, I believe. New neighborhood developements stopped. In my area, there is a neighborhood with brand new homes that have been sitting for 2 years!

Californians will like to know that these are 3 - 4k sq ft homes with basements priced just under 300k! I think you could pick one up for 270k or so. Not that you guys would want to move to this side of the continent. LOL!
