I saw that. What it tells me is that Russia was never interested in peace or democracy. How could a "defense system" be alarming to a super power like Russia? What if Canada or Mexico wanted a "defense system" installed by Russia? Would the U.S. count that to be a threat? I guess in today's environment, the answer would be yes.

IMO, Russia's dying to hit the trigger and considering that, there should be a major arms race not in just Europe but in the West as well.

Edit - Thanks for the clarification on the NATO "nukes". Was not aware of that. We better stop posturing.
