I noticed you failed to respond correctly and completely. Yes, NAFTA was a Republican initiative. Who signed it into law? Hint, it was 1993 when it happened. Do your own research.

But you also failed to answer the rest of the pertinent questions:

Considering NAFTA was enacted in 1993, who's administration took on the most outsourcing activity?

When did the tech bubble grow and when did it burst?

You see? I won't place the blame on any one President. You are showing to have a binary view of politics and economy. By doing so, you leave out a lot of selective history to convince yourself you're right. Political parties are like stocks. You shouldn't marry any of them.
