Bobbybdb, you hit it right on the nail. While shares are in our account MM are distibuting what they feel they can get away with, but not forseeing that when shares are being cancelled and the amounts are being lowered the price of the stock goes up.

When the price does hit a certain level and there are no shares, but IOU, who is paying our accounts?

If done right, which I hope it is, even the small player who only has a 100,000 shares in their account will be worth money.

Looking for the dates to be announced this will be start and it starts next week with the cancellations.

Hopefully all these naysayers will just use a 100.00 to invest in this and see what happens. I am looking forward to Alan coming through!!!!!!

This will add to his creditablity and for the next company he will be running.

pickstocks, Don't forget that all shares are in STREET NAME, so when the brokers put IOU'S in our accounts and there are shares in street name, that would in effect double the amount issued.

If one share was issued and put in broker name, that share was placed in the clearing house depository, then the broker turned around and allowed another client to borrow that share, the client in turn sold that share short.

At the same time the broker placed a marker in your account, that means there is a representative marker (IOU) in your account while the actual share was loaned out and sold short, doesn't that equal two so called shares.

Now as long as every shareholder does not request certs at the same time the broker has no problem, guaranteeing that your position can be sold on demand at market value (BID).

When you sell the broker is off the hook with his IOU'S and your position is moved to a new buyer, (not the share, the position.

So you can see that for every share purchased with cash the brokers loan one share out and generates another one for our account.

To answer your question

"If all shares are accounted for and very little selling but buying up a lot more, where are these air shares coming from."
