Thanks as usual Eagle, I still am not just on fire about Exchange as IMO the product and market upgrade will be close together, or at least I hope so. On another note, we did a private placement offerring, correct?, does that rule out an Initial Public Offerring at a later date?? I have pondered this a long time and now I am ready for the answer from you or one of the great DDer's on the board..D
