While that is a GREAT sign, I'm not very optimistic that the hearing next week is going to result in positive news for Solomon. I went back and looked at several artciles and blogs related to the Toyota lawsuit and it looks like everything has gone solidly Toyota's way at both the ITC and the CAFC. If anybody has a different take, I'd love to hear it.
