You just let us know when you're ready to understand the differences in the global environment each President has had and you'll find the answers yourself. How much outsourcing was going on under Clinton compared to GW? And who signed NAFTA? When did the tech bubble burst and when was it being created? After you research without your partisian goggles stuck to your eye balls, you'll then appreciate the fact that GW has enjoyed record low unemployment.

Edit II - Tinner! Come on man. You had to know that you had to consider the economies each President had to deal with, eh? You know as well as I that you can't just peer at the surface and make idiotic statements, right? Come on. I really would like to see if you can answer honestly here. Did NAFTA have an effect on job creations or loss? Did the tech bubble have an effect on job creations or loss? That's just two examples. LOL! Holding my breath here.
