Bell Buckle Holdings (BLLB)

I SPOKE WITH CAPT. RODNEY TODAY. Well Guys, as promised I called Bell Buckle today and was actually able to get through to Rodney. I told him that I had once again become the moderator of the IHUB board and that I was trying find out how things were going. I said there were lots of people with lots of questions.

We talked about how the company was doing. As always he seemed very optimistic and said things were going well. He said they have been busy making jellies and jams.

I asked about the share structure. He said he was pretty confident that it has remained the same since February. We'll have to check back to see what those numbers were exactly.

He indicated that it was still their intent to uplist. He said he had just talked to Morris Jackson about this on Monday. M. Jackson was supposed to be reviewing everything. Apparently, he had told them to stop putting out press releases until he gets everything figured out. Not sure what that means. He said he thought they would be putting news again sometime.

I asked him about three matters that will be of interest to shareholders.

1. I asked if 2007 revenues were comparable than 2006. He said they were. He also suggested that 2007 was another profitable year for them. Personally, I don't know if that included all the stock sales, dilution and such...or on what he was basing this affirmation.

2. I pointed out to him that it was a little bit silly to be talking about uplisting to the OTC.BB which requires Sarbanes/Oxley audited financials when they haven't even been able or willing to post non-Sarbanes/Oxley audits onto Pinksheets.com. I told him that when you go to pinksheets.com and enter BLLB...you get a big stop sign and it says no information available. He said he would look into it.

3. I asked about the promised website upgrade. He said that they have actually hired a different website designer and that they were hoping it would be up and running before the Christmas season. It sounded to me like this would probably be the first thing we'd be hearing about.
