Yes, but can they do it in reverse IE split the private company in two prior to a public merger and still have ownership of both under one umbrella. Thanks BTW
I guess I'm asking if a private Company can be a majority holder of a public company that is a subsidiary to it's own private company. Say that five times fast, lol
