Nice chinglish:

But if I were to short, I couldn't short an otc penny GTEC. Only naked shorters with offshore brokerages would do that. And when you're a naked short you PUMP, not bash, because you don't have to worry about covering, you just sell the "phantom shares" for as high as you can.

Keep the tips. More dough to sink into the ever-cheaper GTEC shares.
