I disagree,
The level to which it was PR'd may not be what I thought though.
hebei Haorizi comes to mind....... is GLCC only Heibi Haorizi and the SPC the other portion, as in subsidiary?

Question is, can management cut the company in such a way that only a portion of it goes public and the majority is technically still private? anyone?
