Good Life China (GLCC) Holds Convention for Major Suppliers

BEIJING, Aug 20, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Yang Baoxin, Vice President and Deputy General Manager for Good Life chaired the event in which suppliers were briefed on current operating procedures and future development plans for the Company. Suppliers were also brought up to date on the advanced logistics capabilities that continue to be introduced by the Company. Key services covered included:

- Good Life's improved third-party warehousing services;
- Distribution Services;
- Advanced e-commerce platform capabilities that will streamline
operations for both the suppliers and Good Life;
- Implications of a Potential Merger - Buyout.

The convention included detailed training on the supplier interface with Good Life's systems, as well as workshops in which suppliers could discuss problems they may have encountered with the current operational model. This input is invaluable in helping ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Good Life's online processing practices and procedures.

Yang Baoxin noted, "This forum was a great success in obtaining feedback from our suppliers as well as keeping the channels of communications open to ensure that we keep our suppliers' needs in mind as we continue to develop our online service capabilities."

In other corporate updates, further to the company's filings of July 15, 2008 and July 26, 2008, the company continues its negotiations with Eng America (name change pending) as a possible buyout candidate. In addition, the company is also pleased to announce that it has received the required approval regarding its July 15, 2008 requests (filing Pink Sheets). The company is confident that it should be in a position to resolve, and settle the outstanding North American contract which should pave the way for Eng America buyout. GLCC representatives have also met with WMNT management this past weekend, and the company has been advised the up listing or merger with WMNT on the OTCBB Exchange remains an option pending the outcome with Eng America.
