For the 10th time, I wasn't trying to knock you personally -- I was trying to inform others of the importance of demographics when considering one's opinion. It was very clear to me that you are NOT part of uWink's target demographic, off by decades actually, and that's why your experience wasn't as enjoyable as the experience of so many others who are closer to the demographic.

And, again, at 5pm on a Saturday night is a very poor time to gage how busy a restaurant is for this target demographic. The only 20-somethings out to eat at 5pm on a Saturday night are eating BREAKFAST at Denny's. For all I or you know the place is empty at 8pm -- or it could be full -- but a 5pm observation is about as useless as trying to gage the demand for suntan lotion by looking at sales in January.
