I could not agree more with you more.
What people still fail to keep in mind, is that NOTHING is going to happen the way we all want it to happen, UNTIL there is a PATENT decision in neomedias favor. If it is NOT in neomedia's favor,then it is going to take a little longer.As I said before..patent or no patent we are going to get a piece of the pie...the patent outcome will say how big a slice,and if ice cream and cherrys come on top!!!!
