You are right, I hope I didnt miss lead anyone on that that the thing was a US based company. I know from reading the board everyone was having the problem wondering how and who it was from if was a US company or not.

Just jogging my memory again, so I had to go back to that PR that they put out and brings a good thing to mind and Brings another good question to the board so hope you all might like this one and this is how I interpret this. So please re read the PR agian and see if it makes sence in my thinking:

11. WHAT WILL THE PRICE OF "GOLDCO" SHARES BE AFTER THE STOCK DIVIDEND PAYOUT:

I am not able to predict the Goldco stock price as at the date of the "Reverse Split." The pricing in this transaction priced the Goldco stock at US$10 per share. Stockholders will appreciate that all stocks fluctuate in price.

So really now check this out, People here have been looking for a stock that is trading on the market at the price of $10. No one has been able to find one. The way I read it now, it states:

at the date of the "Reverse Split."

So as you all may know how grand our PR's are in wording, might it be good to assume that if we reword this section it could basically mean the following:

The Goldco stock is a stock that is openly traded on a market(what one who knows its a secret for now) and that the price of the Goldco stock can be at a range of no more then most likely, 0.90 cents per a share, do to the fact that (We)/(they - Goldco) will be doing/have done a R/S, at the time of Our distribution of FFGO dividend/or before hand. This helps to not add massive amounts of shares to the goldco stock and if in case that its over stuffed ( i.e. high in A/S , O/S it will help better that companys stock holding ). ???

Thought I had a question there in my message, some times I get off on a tangent and just write whats in my mind and actually for get to put one in there but thought that it would bring up a lot of questions in the mind, as to what is really going on, so no literal question was asked.
