Cash dividend question
If anyone knows the answer to this question , feel free to chime in.
There has been talk about a cash as well as stock dividend. From many posts on this board, it seems that these stock dividends in penny stocks can be restricted fro sol ong they become worthless, or they get lost in shuffle somehow. If a specific cash dividend (let's say .001 for this stock doesn't seem too outrageous if what they say they are doing they actually do) is declared, can any circumstance arise where it is not paid? I know the language in some PR may say they will attempt a cash dividend... but once it is formally documented, can it be rescinded?
