yes I agree with you and I have say in the post I am talking from beijing and my informations are comming from a chineese who live there .
So he was not able to say me anything on the other location you possibly right and I was thinking that they most probably have both business like very small and some bigger .

+ yes this deal with gas station look very nice to me .
