Yes indeed. MMs keeping the lid on until after the A/S. This is one of Raley's missions -- to demonstrate manipulation. If there were shares to be had, price would be rising.

MMs are going to run this very very soon as FTDs can be covered if they have a good idea that the vote will be a "yes"
If they allow the price to rise to fast too soon, Vote could easily change to a "no" as PPS would not warrant it.

Thus: LESS volume. And anyone worth their salt here knows MMs LIVE on volume... and could care less about price.
