I have my doubts about YA dumping shares right now. Is there any indication whatsoever that YA has exercised its warrants? And is it not true that the lowest exercise price for any of its warrants is .02? That's what I recall, but have not really researched this. Anyone know the lowest warrant exercise price for sure?

As for shares previously acquired under a SEDA, would not those shares have been acquired for prices far in excess of today's PPS?

I just don't see how YA could profitably be selling right now.
