Hey Joe....I agree...we see some of the short term effects....but what will be the long term affect remains to be seen.

We know the company needed cash pretty desperately. I was surprised to hear about the lawsuit and the settlement...but had not done as thorough of due diligance as I should have.

Does anyone know if it was ever disclosed in any of their filings before the news came out? Just curious.

Now that additional funding has been lined up...it would be nice to know that terms of it as well...or is it the same as first $100K?
