I'm wondering about this part of the PR: "the company did however agree to additional time (as requested by the purchasers) for this process as other factors had to be considered which occurred during the sale process that had a direct impact on the purchase price."

Agree to additional time? Surely this wasn't addtional DD time....Was there a 'complete deal by date' or something else? Any thoughts?
