No you didn't do a thourough DD. The date of may 15th that they filed the NT 10-Q was the day the 10-Q was due. They could have waited and filed the NT 10-Q on the 16th. Which made there 10Q filing on time not a day late. I am still expecting the 10Q before midnite. And heres the SEC filing schedule for the remaining Q's .
