BBOTCS:INRB I agree it's a bad deal

The earnings and potential of this company deserved way more than the takeout price.

There have been several of these deals where the shareholders got the short end of the stick while management got sweetheart deals for staying on and, more importantly, orchestrating the takeout.

Remember MUSA? A company with $25 of tangible book and making $3/share sold for $22? Turns out the CEO and his staff not only kept their jobs but were given equity in the deal, as well.

Then there was the Outlook Group, where management did the same thing. They were sued but to no avail:

There are so many - I just remember these because I was on the receiving end of the shaftola.

Methinks it may have just happened again.
