I am not a large shareholder. It wouldn't be right for me to say who is. That is their responsibility and their prerogative.

My involvement came about because I saw a chance to do some good. I took it upon myself to investigate the seismic data with the intention of bringing it to market, selling it and collecting a fee for that service.

In the course of that work, I found and reported here that the data is bogus, not worth the paper it's printed on. it is a copy of data whose rights are owned by the largest dealer in the biz. I was advised to drop it like a hot potato. I took that advice.

I have had long discussions with Belmont in the hopes of salvaging something. That door is still open.

We shall have to wait to see who, of the big shareholders step up. Nothing can be done without a majority of the shareholders.

If we have that, and have something to offer Belmont (for the time they've spent cleaning up this shell) then we can make a deal.

I have not heard from the shareholders who say they want to put a company in this shell (KING) and salvage something of this Norris Harris fiasco.

Again, my offer stands to speak to anyone.
