Thanks for the post. I'm surprised at the small amount of this PIPE. $150k is peanuts. 12% interest rate is nice. Expected since this is a risky investment.

Does anyone know if NIR has ever funded this company before.

Looks like NIR is financing a company who is near to help them try and restructure. See article bleow.
