i hope so, but im not talking about water in general.. im talking about potable water... and as water shortages occur, so will mass migrations of people to be near new sources... i dont want more people moving up to the pacific northwest as that will stress out our reserves of natural resources... people need to curtail their breeding...that will make the oil last longer too...
