These "half dozen guys" at ONEV are making a LOT of money for what they have produced, which is a whole lot of dilutionary nothing. Maybe a few old fashioned lawsuits where the judge throws the book at these irresponsible OTC convertible debt factories selling stock for their operating capital instead of earning it through product sales would do the markets a LOT of good.
It's delusional to actually believe Dean Weber intends to "fix problems" with One Voice Technologies, Inc. What problems? He's being paid. Most of the executives working for ONEV have one or two other full time jobs. How much do they NEED to earn at One Voice? Launch a lawsuit against ONEV and Dean Weber would either borrow more cash against shares to defend it or use it as an excuse to do a simultaneous R/S and A/S increase. He'd probably WELCOME a lawsuit as the company's first original pandering excuse in a long time, lol! He sure isn't getting it done with this "new investor" dilution setup.
