To all my new friends & past neighbors in Colorado.
Spent many a Memorial (3 day) week-ends in the cabins on the Willow Creek & mouth of the Rio Grande. Our names are engraved in most of the rafters of these cabins if they still exist. Had some of the best times of our lives there---let me tell you it was plenty cold at that time of the year most of the time.

My husband & I were in the restaurant & lounge business all of these years & I had many people come all the way from Colorado Springs just to have one of my famous bloody marys. Our last restaurant was at 43rd & Sheridan. Our first was a 3.2 place on W. Colfax beginning in 1963. Perhaps you were one of my customers.

We left Denver in 1997 and moved to Cherokee Village.
I will be leaving for Tunica in the a.m.---hope to hit that Wheel of Fortune which is suppose to be ripe for pay-off.
