I have never seen an R/S be good for share price and they usually lead to dilution. However, in this case that will not happen because the company already has plenty of $$$$$$$$$$$. They may just want to lower the number of O/S & A/S for credibility and to get ride of dilution. Also the majority of the US shares are already in the PDR exchange so I don't see this effecting to many people. Also, this will bring the US PPS closer to the exchange price.
