dead, there is a sho (threshold)list for pinks, HFBV is not on it at this time but was in the past. this was discussed quite a bit in the past, suprised you don't remember. if I remember correctly most believed the number of shares to be very large, this is also one explanation for the AH, the MM's are trading the shares around and not actually covering.
