If they can file after hours and keep people focused on it tommorow instead of the vote then the stock will rise. If they release it today and the the price goes up, then people have time to step back and think about the vote tommorow. If they think about the vote tommorow then the price may go back down. If it goes back down it could hurt the force on the buyers side of the run.
