I agree learning....this is a reasonable turnaround time and it gives the company enough lead time for larger orders, so everyone is happy up front. For small orders.....10, 25, 50 units ....HISS will likely turn those around much quicker. For really big orders it allows them ample time for procurement. Plus remember, they have to have time to talk with the customer, evaluate their needs and any accessories that may be required, special installation requirements, etc. Plus it gives the company ample time if we get hit with more orders than what we were anticipating.....wouldn't that be a change of pace....lol!

I flat out like seeing us in full view now on a U.S. government website.
