Myself and many other people feel the Clean Power project makes much more sense for the city of Berlin and still give the people there a crack at the tourist industry. Its in a better location, and is a better fit with Noble. Not only that it is only a 1000 feet away from Fraser if Fraser decides it still needs hot water. Downtown Berlin will have no smell, no noise, and will still have their view. Its a win win situation all around.
