So $15 million minus $1.76 million of commissions and legal expenses divided by 348.3 million outstanding shares = 3.8 cents per share

I'm sure they will clarify that they meant 3.8 cents not .0038 cents per share.

Look for a pink sheet posting tomorrow....I hope.

Which means the current price is quite a deal!!!! Unless the dividend is to shareholders of record back in February.

More clarifications please!
