Apparently ERHC (Ledbetter) has acknowledged that Addax and Sinopec together are looking for the ROO.( This was not denied by Dan Keeney this afternoon.)

That adds a lot more CASH to the equation.

Now, there's a point for our active posters to speculate about!!
