There are many things that are puzzling but one is why would Belmont buy this shell if they knew that they would not have 50% control. I mean, I've been around a private company where my various family members were stupid enough to loose 50% control. There was a guy who ponied up the necessary bucks and effectively bought the whole company for 50.1%. Surely Belmont could not have made the mistake of buying this puppy without being sure they'd have control when the dust settled. I don't get it.
